Diamond Store Fixtures makes every effort to send your shipment the best way and at the lowest possible price via our shipping partners for both packaged goods and LTL shipments. Once the order has been placed, confirmed in-stock, we will be shipping within 24 hours.
All shipping, handling, and customs charges are the responsibility of the consignee. Upon request, we will be glad to provide a freight estimate for your order. This is only an estimate and the Customer is responsible for all actual freight charges incurred.
You may also pick up your orders at our location once we confirm the item is in-stock and ready for pick-up. All products are inspected before they are shipped out, our responsibility ends when the products leave our premises.
Any claims for loss or damaged products must be made directly with the shipping carrier. Once the order is received you must inspect it, if there are any damaged pieces or missing pieces, please e-mail photos as soon as you receive the order.
If there is concealed damage please keep the original packaging for inspection and note that most carriers will not accept claims unless the packaging is available. We are not responsible for damage in transit or delivery delays due to reasons beyond our control.
